After a 14-year meteoric career with one of the country's best-known hotel
chains, Susan launched Steinbrecher and Associates, a results-oriented training
and consulting firm specializing in communications, guest service and leadership
development. Since 1992, the company has tripled in size, due largely to
her passionate commitment to the development and motivation of individuals and
businesses. Headquartered in Hurst, Texas, the company also has officers in
