Annual Foundation Meetings

Each September the Euless Library Foundation holds an Annual Meeting to elect directors and officers for the new fiscal year which begins on October 1. Officers are elected for a one (1) year term. Directors are elected for a two (2) year term. Members in good standing with the Foundation are eligible to attend and to vote. The public is welcome to attend.

The officers elected are President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The outgoing President serves a one-year term as Immediate Past President and Parliamentarian.
