   ELF Launches Campaign for New Art Project

The Euless Library Foundation recently purchased a hand-painted ceramic tile depicting the Himes Log House for the Euless Public Library.

This one-of-a-kind artistic tile is just one piece of a wall mural that is ELF's next major art project. The final project will include more than 100 tiles in varying sizes.

Designed to commemorate the places and events on which Euless was built, this project will offer opportunities for community support at a variety of levels. We anticipate a formal announcement of our plans this Fall.

Blooms of Enlightenment, a blown-glass sculpture by artist David Keens, is the most recently completed art project presented to the City of Euless and the Library by the Euless Library Foundation at a Dedication Event on August 12, 2005.
